The partner program maturity assessment, partner health scoring and 38 partner calculators from this site also run inside Claude and any other assistant that supports MCP. Ask a question in plain language ("what pipeline do we need to hit €3M with a 22% win rate?") and the assistant runs the actual calculation. Amounts come back in your own currency when you name it.
Connect it
Claude (web and desktop): open Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector. Paste this URL:

Other MCP clients: add a remote MCP server using Streamable HTTP at the same URL. No account or API key is needed.
Claude plugin
The connector gives Claude the calculations. The PartnerImpact plugin adds the way of working around them: guided workflows to research, qualify, onboard, co-sell, prepare a QBR, design a program and write partner messages, eight role agents, and the maturity check ending on the binding constraint. It uses the same connector for every number, so nothing is estimated by hand when the connector is on.
Install in Claude Code: add the marketplace, then install the plugin.
Maturity assessment. Interviews you across 12 assessment domains and 48 dimensions, then scores each domain against what your company stage requires and names the binding constraint, the one to fix first. Dimensions you cannot rate are left out and never scored as zero.
Partner health. Rates one partner from six signals, each marked red, amber or green. You can answer unknown when you cannot say whether the sponsor has left or headcount was pulled, and the result reports it as unconfirmed.
Program ROI and pipeline targets. Total investment, net return and break-even revenue; the deals, opportunities and partner-sourced pipeline a revenue target needs.
38 calculators covering program economics (business case, rev-share affordability floor, referral fees, co-marketing ROI, alliance valuation, build vs partner vs buy), measurement (KPIs, attribution models, QBR attainment), risk (churn, concentration), program design (tier incentives, quotas, MDF, activation readiness, onboarding), planning (program simulator, pipeline leak, recruitment funnel, channel mix, coverage, capacity, team budget), co-sell (deal qualification, account mapping), partner fit against your own ideal partner profile, which partner motion fits, and what AI is worth to a partner team.
Every result shows where its inputs came from: the numbers you gave, the fields where a documented default was used instead, named with the value, and the inputs that were left out of the calculation altogether because there is no default for them. A zero default is labelled counted as zero, not estimated. Blank costs are named because counting them as zero flatters the result. Gross margin defaults to 75%, a software figure, so give your own if your business runs on a different margin.

The frameworks, band descriptions and written guidance the tools return are licensed CC BY 4.0: credit PartnerImpact by Bart Dirksen, partnerimpact.net when you reproduce them. The calculation service and its code are not licensed for reuse.
The server doesn't save what you enter. It keeps anonymous counts of which tools and calculators are used and which assistant asked, with no inputs or results attached. Requests are rate-limited per IP address to keep it fast for everyone.
